Beginning of our activity goes back to the year 1990, to the establishment of a company of patent attorneys "PATENT- SERVICE" in Lodz. The Company operated until 1997, whent the founder of the Office, a patent attorney Jadwiga Federowicz decided to start her own business. The growing popularity of our services and the growing number of steady clients called for increasing the number of employees. At the moment, our team is composed of six persons.
From its establishment, our office operates in Lodz. We deal with all matters associated with widely understood intellectual property. We represent our Clients in the Polish Patent Office as well as in general and administrative courts in the procedures of applying for and opposing trademarks. Amongst our clients are firms from all over Poland and we offer full disposability and involvement.
Cooperation with international patent law offices and law offices, servicing foreign companies and representing such companies in Poland, as well as protecting the interests of Polish businessmen abroad represent a significant part of our activity. Our patent attorneys are authorised to deal with all matters associated with protection of intellectual property, as much in Polish courts and administrative bodies, mainly at the Polish Patent Office, as at offices responsible for protection of intellectual property within the European Union, i.e. the European Patent Office and the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM).
